LAWRENCE EMERSON Obituary

Born in Springfield, MA on September 3, 1945 to Elmira A. Stokes and Everett R. Emerson, he spent the early part of his life in the north east residing in MA, NY and CT and embarked on a career in software development.
After spending many successful years in CT, he moved to Vero Beach, FL where he could enjoy his passion for boating year round, and in 2001 he expanded that passion and knowledge to a open his business, Atlantic Mobile Marine Services which served boaters in Vero Beach and the surrounding areas for over 15 years. In addition to being an avid boater/captain he was a pilot and a skier and encouraged those around him to share in his passions.
He leaves behind a son, Lawrence D. Emerson, Jr. and his brother Everett A. Emerson (CA) and many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and a grandson. He was pre-deceased by his son Scott E. Emerson and sisters Carol Weatherbee and Jeanne Scoville.
He will be missed by many.
