Lawrence Karl Andrews, age 80, passed away peacefully at his home, with his daughters at his side on September 26, 2024.
He was born in a farmhouse in Washington County, Kansas on March 3, 1944, to the late John and Audrie (Gould) Andrews. Karl proudly served his country in the United States Navy and was a career truck driver.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judith; sisters, Norma Kime and Alma Nixon.
Karl is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Michelle & Kevin Ausdemore and Renae & Jason Larsen; grandchildren, Emily Larsen, Nathan Larsen, Ella Ausdemore, Jacob "Karl" Ausdemore, and Michael Larsen; siblings, Opal Brandon (Galen), Charlie Andrews, Darrell Andrews (Debbie) and Barbra Kissel; brother-in-law, Ron Nixon; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 02, 2024. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, October 3, 2024. Interment will be in the Grange Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
