Leah M. Antil

Leah Marie Antil, 37, of Newton, MA passed away September 23, 2024. She was born on July 5, 1987 in Springfield, the daughter of Peter Antil and Ann (Pyser) Ryan. Leah earned a BA in Psychology from Siena College and went on to earn a Master's in International Studies from the School of International Training. She was a Fulbright Scholar and worked at the embassy in Kiev as part of her studies. Leah was a proud veteran of the US Navy and served as a Lieutenant in Yokosuka, Japan and on the USS Mustin. After her honorable discharge, Leah worked as a customer success manager in Ft. Myers, Florida and Boston, MA. Leah is survived by her mother, Ann (Pyser) Ryan; father, Peter Antil and his wife, Danielle; sister, Lauren Urbani and her husband, Michael; her service dog, Liberty; and her loving aunts and uncles, Steve Antil and his wife Sue, Fé Trudell and husband John, Vincent Antil and wife Dillon Scott, Nora Antil and spouse Tara Kominiak, Thomas Antil and wife Suzanne Messier, Mark Pyser and wife Patricia, Michael Pyser and wife Stephanie, and Alyssa Fogarty and husband Brian. She also leaves her maternal grandmother, Dorothy Pyser, her paternal grandfather, William Antil, as well as many extended family and friends. Leah was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Yolande Antil, and her maternal grandfather, Philip C. Pyser.Services will be held at a later date.
