Lee Roy Conner, 84, of London, Arkansas, died Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center Russellville Ar. surrounded by his loving family. Following a private family committal in the Chapel of Light, cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the J. Herman Humphrey Dignity Cremation Center under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service.

The son of Fred and Sally Virginia (Taylor) Conner, he was born February 19, 1941, in Montrose, Colorado. He married Carolyn Sue (Simpson) Conner on October 2, 1966, in Carson City, Nevada. They enjoyed 51 wonderful years together before her death on February 16, 2018.

In addition to his parents and wife, Lee was preceded in death by three brothers: Ira Conner, Gordon Conner, and Fred Conner; and two sisters: Mary Ford and Ruth Thompson.

He leaves behind a large, loving family that includes his two sons: David Conner (Tina) of London, and Lee Conner (Amanda) of Turlock, California; a daughter, Shanna Conner of London; eight grandchildren: Dusty (Kaitlyn), Amber (Chris), Casey (Christian), Austin, Logan (Jessica), Collin, Adelyn, and Sandra (Jaydin); eight great-grandchildren; two brothers: Bob Conner (Carol) of Lodi, California, and Donald Conner (Judy) of Riverbank, California; and two sisters: Betty Sherill of Waterford, California, and Debra Davidson of Reno, Nevada.

Lee worked for more than twenty years as a Water Master with the Oakdale Irrigation District in California. He was a member of the Flat Rock Baptist Church in London. He enjoyed carpentry, woodworking, fishing, family time, and was a compassionate caregiver, good neighbor and handyman to all those around him.
