LEE DIAMOND Obituary

DIAMOND, Lee S. (Panos) Of Wellesley, December 15, 2025. Beloved wife of Soterios Diamond. Loving mother of Peter S. Diamond and his wife, Maria of Natick, Yanni S. Diamond and his wife, Sali of Westford, Dean S. Diamond and his wife, Kelly of Weddington, NC, Gregory S. Diamond and his wife, Julianne of Longmeadow, Sophia L. Diamond and her husband, Nikolai of Wellesley. Grandmother of Sammy, Billy, Alexander, Mia, Nicholas, Zoe, Leo, Archie, Frankie, Lucas, Leah and Jacob. Sister of John Panos and the late James Panos. Lee was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother whose family was always at the center of her life. Her love knew no limits, and she poured her heart into caring for those closest to her, offering unwavering support, guidance, and compassion. Known for her larger-than-life personality, Lee had a rare ability to light up any room she entered. She connected effortlessly with people from all walks of life, making everyone feel seen, valued, and welcome. Her kindness and warmth left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Deeply devoted to her faith, Lee believed in serving others and lived that belief every day. She was a tireless advocate for those in need and never hesitated to lend a helping hand. Whether through quiet acts of generosity or heartfelt encouragement, she sought every opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. Second only to her love for her family, Lee found joy and peace in her garden and took immense pride in her backyard. She worked tirelessly tending her flower beds and maintaining her outdoor space, creating a place of beauty and comfort that reflected her nurturing spirit. Throughout her life, Lee faced obstacles with remarkable strength and resilience. Rather than allowing challenges to define her, she used them as inspiration, demonstrating courage, perseverance, and grace. Her life stands as a testament to faith, love, and the power of a generous heart. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all whose lives she touched. Visiting Hours at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., WELLESLEY, on Thursday, December 18, from 4-7pm. Memorial Service will be held in St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 57 Brown St., Weston, on Friday, December 19, at 1pm, with a reception to follow at the Warren Conference Center, 529 Chestnut St., Ashland, MA 01721, at 2:30pm. I was connected to Lee on my mother's side of the family. All
I can say is that she was a "class act". A beautiful person in
every way. Her love will live on for eternity.

Peter and Family,
I was very sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. Even though I never had the chance to meet her, it´s clear from everything shared about her that she was an incredible person-devoted to her family, full of warmth, and deeply impactful to those around her. And having the privilege of working with you, it´s evident what a positive influence she had in shaping the person you are.
Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I hope the many memories you have of her bring you comfort and strength in the days ahead.

With sincere condolences,
