Lee Roy Mans passed away on October 6, 2025 at age 77, at his son's home where he was cared for by Holly, Neil and Bonnie. Lee was born 6/12/1948 to Roy and Marjorie Mans in Rush City, MN and grew up on the family farm in Brook Park, MN. Lee graduated in 1966 from Hinckley High School and then began employment with Arcon Construction where he continued until retirement in 2007.
Lee proudly served in the Army from 1968-1969, being stationed in Germany.
Lee married Bonnie Olson in 1972 and made their home in Hinckley, they had two children, Holly and Neil. Lee has one grandchild, Mason Lee whom he loved dearly and enjoyed being a grandpa. Lee lived in Hinckley until 1998 when he moved to Carlton, MN and lived for the next 27 years.
Lee loved being outdoors and enjoyed restoring and collecting tractors, vintage snowmobiles, camping trips, hunting with his son, motorcycle adventures with his friends, spending time with Mason and giving him new experiences, driving his Corvair, deer hunting, and attending auctions.
Lee was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Marjorie Mans.
Lee is survived by his children Holly and Neil, grandson Mason Lee and Bonnie Olson. Lee is also survived by his four brothers, Larry (Lorna) Mans, Dave (Cris) Mans, Dale (Marianne) Mans and Randy (Kari) Mans, nieces and nephews, cousins, and many great friends.
A celebration of life will be held at the Hinckley Community Center on November 1st, 2025, beginning at 11:00 a.m. with a short service at noon followed by a luncheon.
A burial will be at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery- Duluth in Saginaw, MN at a later date.
