Graveside services for Lee Ann (Loggins) Nowlin, 66, of Garrison, TX, will be held at 11:30 AM, on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at Caledonia Cemetery, with Bro. Darrell Pollard officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the visitation, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Garrison Funeral Home.

Lee Ann Loggins Nowlin, Formerly of College Station, passed away Friday, August 29, 2025, in the Garrison Nursing Home.

Lee Ann was born on August 21, 1959, in Center, TX to Dannie Pollard Loggins and the late Billy Frank Loggins of Garrison. She graduated from Garrison High School in 1977 and went directly into a career of oil and gas leasing. She later had her own company, "Scout Land Service"; Scout being a nickname given to her by her dad.

Lee Ann met and married Charles W. Nowlin, Jr. on September 14, 2001, and he passed away on June 23, 2025. Together they worked as land leasing employees, starting their own company, Nowlin Investments, until their retirement.

Lee Ann is survived by her mother, Dannie Loggins of Garrison, stepdaughter, Sally Nowlin of Dallas, TX, brother and sisters-in-law, Cliff Holubec, Delores Holubec, and Charlotte King of Athens, TX, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Nowlin, father, Billy F. Loggins, and grandparents, Leon and Lula Pollard and Frank and Annie Loggins.

The family requests in-lieu of flowers, donations me made to the Arlam Baptist Church Food Pantry, 25776 FM 95 S, Garrison, TX 75946. Please declare the donation is for the food pantry when sending.
