On August 11, 2021, Mr. Lee "Scott" Kinchen passed away at New Orleans VA Medical Center.
Mr. Kinchen was an active member in the United States Air Force for 25 years.

He was also currently enrolled in college to become a drone pilot.
He is survived by his mother, Bonita "Bonnie" Montero Cothern; Siblings : Wendi Kinchen (Dennis) Raether, (nephew) Colby Lee (Michelle) Kinchen, Bridgette (Tim) Shaw, Megan Kinchen, and Julie Williams (Alan) two great nephews : Jackson Lee Kinchen, Jameson Ford Kinchen, and (nephew) Stetson Shaw; two nieces: Lorelei Shaw and Sophia Kinchen; two pugs: Tucker and Miles; and a host of other family and friends. He also served as a father figure to several throughout his life.
Mr. Kinchen was preceded in death by his father, Frederick Douglas Kinchen; and brother, Blake Anthony Kinchen; and his two pugs: Milo and Stewie.
In lieu of flowers Scott requested donations be made in his name to the K9 rescue Pug Hearts. Donations can be made via Venmo @PugHearts
