Lee Benjamin Scott, 88, of North Olmsted, Ohio, passed away on April 1, 2025. Born in North Olmsted, Ohio on August 27, 1936 to the late Benjamin and Mildred Scott, Lee was a lifelong resident who proudly served his community.
Lee was the beloved husband of the late Patricia A. Huish. He is survived by his children Jeff (Debbie), Ben (Andrea), Rich (Yvonna), and Jennifer (Ken) Faria; his cherished grandchildren Taylor, Ryan, Benjamin, Alexis, Kenny, Corissa, and Javier; and his adored great-grandchildren Charlotte, Frankie, Sophia, and Maya. Lee is also survived by his brother, Dick. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings Tom and Arlene, and his wife, Patricia.
After serving honorably in the Army, Lee dedicated his career to the City of North Olmsted as a Police Captain, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and community. He was a man of integrity, commitment, and service, leaving behind a legacy of leadership and dedication.
In his leisure, Lee found joy in fishing-a pastime that brought him peace and connection to nature. His immaculate yard was a testament to his pride and meticulous care, reflecting his character and attention to detail.

So very sorry for you loss. I worked with Captain Scott at North Olmsted Police department he was always kind and always had a smile on his face. When he retired from the department he gave each one of us girls a dozen red roses to thank us, something I have never forgotten. Cheryl Sears
