Lee Ann Edgington Worthan 82 passed away at her home on March 3, 2025 of natural causes. Lee Ann was born in Driggs, Idaho to Frank Denzil Edgington and Lurline Harris. She was the youngest of 6 kids. Lee Ann lived the first 6 years of her life in the Teton Valley in Idaho. Then her family moved to Idaho Falls, Idaho. After High School Lee Ann moved to California to be near her sister.
In 1963 Lee Ann met and married Russell Skip Worthan of Boise Idaho. They were married 50 years until his death. They had two children Jon and Mollie. Lee Ann was a dedicated mother. She spent her time volunteering in the schools helping to add fun things for the education of children. She loved family history and has left a legacy of genealogy and family history books that she worked on.
Lee Ann is survived by her brother Bill Edgington, her son Jon Worthan and daughter Mollie Clark. And grandchildren Austin Clark, Josh Clark and Jolie Higgins. And great granddaughter Ava Sawin. She is proceeded in death by her husband Skip Worthan and her parents and 4 siblings.
They family would like to thank the staff of Fresenius Dialysis and Bluebird Hospice for their loving care and support during her illness. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her name to The American Kidney Fund.
Services will be held Monday March 10th, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Relyea Funeral Chapel at 318 North Latah St. There will be a viewing from 10:00-10:55 at the same location. Following services Lee Ann will be laid to rest next to Skip at Morris Hill Cemetery.
