This is so difficult: on the one hand, we are blessed to have just shared some loving time visiting Mama Leila on Feb 16th. On the other hand, I am so very sorry for your loss and this news. On the other hand, I will never forget how we were always welcomed and encouraged to be loving human beings in this Handelman extended reach household! I am bound to each of you by so many shared life experiences. You are inextricably brothers and sisters to me. On the other hand, I can only hope to continue to share the love, joy, and understanding your parents gave me. If that sounds like too many hands, then so be it! The Handelman household was always bustling and Mama Leila always had a loving, firm hand available with a hug, some food, and guidance. Thank YOU all for sharing your parents with me and so many others. We are truly blessed.
