On March 14, 2025, Lena T. Trew, 97, of Lewes, Delaware, passed away with family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles Trew; loving mother of Cynthia L. Riddle and Diana L. Chisholm; and dear mother-in-law of James E. Riddle. Lena was a devoted grandmother (Mom-Mom) of Brian K. Crouse, Michael C. Crouse, Walter L. Crouse Jr. and Jaime Riddle. She adored her great-grandchildren: Carsyn R. Riddle, Kelsey Jacobs, Paige Crouse, Benjamin Crouse, Liam Crouse, Riley Crouse, Carolyn Crouse, Walter L. Crouse III and Madison Crouse. She was also a proud great-great-grandmother to Maeve Jacobs.
Lena was a devoted homemaker who passionately loved her family and friends. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and cheering for the Ravens and Orioles.
Visitation will be held at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., on Thursday, March 20th, 11 AM – 1 PM. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
