Lenora Morales, a beacon of love and faith, passed away on November 21, 2025, at the age of 77, in
Llano, Texas. Born on February 5, 1948, in Austin, Texas, she was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a friend to many. Her warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone she met.
Lenora's life was a testament to her caring heart and hardworking spirit. She was wise in the ways of compassion and love. She dedicated her life to her family and to the service of others, always putting their needs before her own. Lenora was the beloved lifetime partner of Paul Gonzales.
She was predeceased by her father, Ysidoro Morales, her mother, Santoes Morales, her brother, Anthony Morales and Constancio Arredondo (Troubles). Her family was her pride and joy, including her daughters, Nancy Conely and husband Warren, Eva Morales and Jim Flowers, Serita Morales and husband Ricky Chamberlain; her sisters, Minnie Gonzales, Josie Najar, Della Newman, Lucy Rodriguez and Barbara Castro; her six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss her dearly.
Lenora's life was marked by her love for softball, her exceptional cooking skills-especially her famous fried chicken-and her unwavering compassion. She was a woman who loved God and her family with every fiber of her being. Her faith was the cornerstone of her existence, guiding her through life's highs and lows with grace and resilience.
She was a friend to all, always ready with a smile and a kind word. Lenora's friendly demeanor made her a cherished member of her community, where she was known for her willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
To say that Lenora was loving and friendly would be an understatement; she was the embodiment of these qualities. Her faith-filled life was an inspiration to those around her, and her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
Lenora Morales's journey on this earth may have come to an end, but her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the memories of her loved ones.
