Rev. Leo Virgil Culver

Rev. Leo Virgil Culver was born in Edinboro, PA on December 13, 1921 to Carl Culver and Olive DeRemer. He was born on a farm in that community. He grew up and attended school at Rockland, PA. He completed his college and attended Pastor�s School at the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He was a pastor in the Methodist Church since October 26, 1955. He was a ordained elder, after retirement, he served as one of the chaplains at Grove Hospital. Left to mourn the passing of this loved one and friends are his wife of the home Iona Jo Culver of 67 years, Four Children Tad Culver of Northeast PA, Darlene Taylor of Grove, Ok, Shelby Coltharp of Miami, OK, Keith Culver of Jay, OK, eleven grandchildren, great grandchild and great great grandchildren and three brothers Richard Culver of Dayton, OH, Stanley Culver of Barthoud, CO, Bernard Culver of Ashland, OH. He was preceded in death by siblings Mable Lipton, Owen Culver and George Culver Funeral Services will be Tuesday March 9, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Grove, OK. Rev.
