Leo Krukoski Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by John F. Tierney Funeral Home, Inc. on Dec. 4, 2025.
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our dear brother, Leo Thomas Krukoski, of Manchester, CT, who passed away on November 29, 2025.
Leo was born on May 21, 1971, at Hartford Hospital to Leon Krukoski and Frances Sue (Woodward) Krukoski, who are now retired in Benbrook, TX. Precious as he was, he will be missed beyond measure and remembered forever.
As the oldest of four boys, Leo grew up in Coventry, CT, where his natural leadership, warm spirit, and steady presence shaped the lives of those around him. He graduated from East Catholic High School in 1989, served proudly as an officer in the Order of DeMolay, and later attended the University of Connecticut.
Leo was full of fun and had a mind that was both intelligent and deeply artistic. He possessed a remarkable gift for creative writing and approached life with a competitive spirit. Above all, he was a profoundly giving person who never asked for anything in return. He was loved by so many, and his generosity, kindness, and selflessness touched everyone fortunate enough to know him.
He is survived by his beloved mother, Frances Sue (Woodward) Krukoski; his father, Leon Krukoski; and his brothers: John and wife Dina Krukoski of Killeen, TX; Paul and wife Allison Krukoski of Tucson, AZ; and William and wife Krislynne Krukoski of Coventry, CT. He also leaves behind his cherished nieces and nephews-Ashley Faustino, Austin Krukoski, Autumn Krukoski, Aaron Krukoski, Tay'j Thompson, Adain Krukoski, Noel Krukoski, and Nathan Krukoski-as well as extended family and many friends who loved him deeply.
A calling hour will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 W. Center St., Manchester, with a memorial service immediately following. Burial will follow in East Cemetery.
