Leon Allbright Obituary

Leon "Lee" A. Allbright, of Fulton, NY, and Hernando, FL, passed away peacefully at his home in Hernando on December 14, 2025, at the age of 84. Born in Utica, NY, on July 4, 1941, Lee lived a life marked by deep faith, devotion to family, and a steadfast commitment to serving others.
After studying at St. Francis Seminary, where he initially pursued a religious vocation, he ultimately chose a different path. However, the values instilled during that time, faith and compassion, remained central to his life. After leaving the seminary, Lee served in the U.S. Army. He always remembered where he came from and stayed committed to supporting those less fortunate. His generosity and kindness were guiding forces in both his personal and professional endeavors.
Lee began his professional career with Prudential before following his entrepreneurial spirit and founding Allbright Asset Management, Inc. Through his work, he not only provided trusted financial guidance but also built lasting relationships. Many clients became lifelong friends, valuing not only his expertise but also his integrity, warmth, and genuine care.
Lee found great joy in traveling the world with the love of his life, Joelle Pawlicki. Together, they explored new places, created treasured memories, and shared experiences that enriched their lives and strengthened their bond.
He is survived by his wife, Joelle Pawlicki; brother, David Allbright; daughters, Trasie (Steve) Procopio and Jocelyn Allbright; stepchildren, Megan and Luke Blom; grandchildren, Emily and Olivia Procopio, Marissa Johnson, Sterling Perry, and Clint Bilodeau.
He was predeceased by his parents, Allen and Agnes Allbright; and his sister, Alpha Allbright.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at St. Margaret's Church, 200 Roxboro Road, Mattydale, NY 13211.

We´re very sorry for your loss. Lee was a wonderful man. We always enjoyed our time spent with Lee mostly going off topic for hours and eventually getting back on topic before we wrapped up our meeting. We always felt better after talking to Lee because he just made us feel welcome like we were old friends. He will surely be missed by anyone who knew him.

Forget Me Not

Don´t remember me not with sadness,
Don´t remember me with tears,
Remember all the laughter,
We´ve shared throughout the years,
Now I am contented,
That my life it was worthwhile.
Knowing that I passed along the way,
I made somebody smile,
When you are walking down the street,
And you´ve got me on your mind,
I´m walking in your footsteps,
Only half a step behind,
So please don´t be unhappy,
Just because I´m out of sight,
Remember that I´m with you,
Each morning, noon, and night.

My husband first introduced Lee to me, as your financial advisor. However, it was soon very apparent that he was more than that. Lee was a gentle giant, immersed with kindness, humor, wisdom, and much compassion for life. He taught me more about humanity than anything. When he retired, I felt I was losing a true friend, knowing no one could possibly replace him. My deepest condolences go out to his family and his soul mate, Joelle.

We met Lee when he was our Prudential Insurance advisor and that was when our lifelong friendship began. We followed Lee when he started his financial advisor role. Our friendship never let business interfere with our social meetings. We attended most of his birthday parties, his wedding to Joelle and just good conversations but did not talk politics which he loved to do. Our sincere condolences to Joelle and the family.
