Fuquay-Varina, NC: Mr. Leon Dwight Barbour, age 91 passed on October 29, 2025 at his residence. Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, November 5, 2025 in the Hills of the Neuse Memorial Gardens in Smithfield.
Mr. Barbour was born on December 30, 1933 in Johnston County to the late Ernest Calvin and Velma Catherine Dupree Barbour. He was preceded in death by his sister and brothers, Edna Lee Bradley, Harold Swade Barbour, Ronald Joseph Barbour, Sr., Ernest Fulton Barbour, and Rupert Barbour.
Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews.
