Leon "Pop" Copeland, 73, of Moffett, Oklahoma, was born on June 14, 1952 in Hobbs, New Mexico to Dorothy McDonald Copeland and passed away on December 5, 2025 in Roland, Oklahoma. He was married to Mary (Corley) Copeland. Mr. Copeland was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a truck driver. He loved to fish and watch the grass grow with his dogs while drinking a cup of coffee.
Survivors are two daughters, Aliesha Copeland of the home and Heather Copeland of Muldrow, OK; two sisters, Mary Ann Copeland of Bristow, OK and Kay Copeland of New Mexico; one brother, Jack Copeland of Bristow, OK; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; his mother; and several brothers and sisters.
Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
