Leon E. Dobesh, age 68, currently a resident of Madison, passed away at UW Health University Hospital on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
He was born on March 27, 1957, in Two Rivers to Dorothy (Masonick) and John Dobesh.
Leon loved and thoroughly enjoyed music, especially older country music. He collected radios, record players, and vinyl records.
Leon is survived by his brother, Russell (Diane) Dobesh; his nieces, Heather Dobesh, Heidi (Christopher) French, Holly (Kyle) Cook; great nieces and nephews, Lori, Calvin, Elyse, Hayden and Cameron.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy and John Dobesh.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on September 24, 2025, at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, 3201 Mishicot Road, Two Rivers. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Dave Pleier, with entombment at Knollwood Mausoleum, Kossuth.
The family will greet relatives and friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. There will be no Tuesday evening visitation.
