Mary E. (Breider) Sebanz, age 96, former resident of Two Rivers, passed away early Friday morning, March 27, 2026 at Woodside Manor in Green Bay.

Mary was born June 11, 1929 to William and Martha (Hoffman) Breider of Mishicot. She attended Holy Cross Catholic School and graduated from Mishicot High School with the class of 1947. Mary worked as a nursing assistant for many years in Sheboygan, Two Rivers, and Santa Barbara, CA where she was certified. She did volunteer work in California for Catholic Social Services and the Salvation Army in food distribution. In Two Rivers she volunteered at St. Peter the Fisherman Parish, serving funeral dinners; Meals-on-Wheels; and at St. Vincent de Paul. She was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church in Two Rivers. Mary was an avid reader, loved camping, and enjoyed touring the country with her husband Bob in their motor home, then later wintering in their condo in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Mary is survived by a son, James (Barbara) Gauthier of Green Bay; daughter, Judith Parker of Santa Barbara, CA; son-in-law, Al Reinert of Green Bay; and a brother, William Breider of Two Rivers. She is further survived by four step-daughters: Laura Sebanz of Manitowoc, Victoria (Bryan) Zee of Lancaster, CA, Kathryn (Kevin) Ramer of Carey, NC, and Karen Rudberg of Simi Valley, CA; along with 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Bob Sebanz; two daughters: Janice Gauthier and Kathleen Reinert; three infant sons; son-in-law, John Parker; her parents, William and Martha Breider; two sisters & brothers-in-law: Dolores (Ray) Ferry, Carol (Frank) Smogoleski; and a sister-in-law, Doris Breider.

A private life celebration for Mary and Bob will be held at a later date.
