Leon Kessler Obituary
He was born on March 10, 1933 in Erdman, PA the son of the late Sinary and Lola (Zerbe) Kessler.
Leon was a graduate of Hubley High School, Sacramento.
He retired as factory worker.
Leon was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Erdman.
He enjoyed antique collecting, gardening and flowers, and traveling. He played the guitar and fiddle with the PA Night Hawks, and was a fan of bluegrass music.
He is survived by his sister Carolyn Troutman of Elizabethville, several nieces and nephews, and a sister-in-law Nancy Kessler of Dornsife.
The family will receive friends on Friday, April 4, 2025 from 11:00 AM - 12:00 noon at Zion Lutheran Church, Erdman. A memorial service will begin at 12:00 noon, with burial to follow at the church cemetery.
He was preceded in death by sisters Mae Deppen, Pauline Coleman, and brothers Mark and Earl Kessler.
