Leon is survived by his Wife- Agnes Marie Smith-Watson; Daughters- Karen (Doug) Williams, Connie (Sonny) Kennedy, Ashley (Brian Mullins) Howard; Sister- Mickey Speaker; Grandchildren- Whitney Brodt, Jessica Lindsay, Delilah Howard, Cole Rosely, Ryan Rosely, Lucas Spencer, Randy Williams; Nephews- Roderick Walsh, Wayne Walsh, Robert Walsh, Jeffrey Watson, Ronnie Watson, Steve Morris; Nieces- Earlene Watson, Mary Walsh, Debby Moberly; Best Friends- Leo Slone, James Slone, Robby Slone, Leo Slone Jr.; A Host of Extended Family & Friends.
Leon is preceded in passing by his Parents Columbus & Bessie Slone-Watson; Brothers- Earl Watson, Infant Boy Watson; Sisters- Glenna & Annette.
Celebration of Life Service will be held from 11AM-2PM Thursday June 5, 2025, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel, 125 Parks Branch Road, Hindman, KY 41822. Burial will follow at the Combs Family Cemetery in Clay City, KY with committal service overseen by the Wells Funeral Home, Stanton, KY.
Leon personally requested in lieu of flowers to enjoy a dinner on his behalf.
