Aunt Lonie was not only my aunt, but my Godmother as well.
I remember so many family cookouts in the backyard and the old car we played in. Some of my earliest memories were of the chickens and a dog named Bootsie. Saturday nights we would sit in the living room and watch Bonanza and Mission Impossible. She was an encourager and will be missed.
