Visitation will be held on December 9, 2023 from 3-6 PM at Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Road (beltway exit 26).
Leona attended Patterson High School.
She worked for Montgomery Wards.
In order to honor Leona's memory, donations can be made to Disabled American Veterans (dav.org).

Aunt Lonie was not only my aunt, but my Godmother as well.
I remember so many family cookouts in the backyard and the old car we played in. Some of my earliest memories were of the chickens and a dog named Bootsie. Saturday nights we would sit in the living room and watch Bonanza and Mission Impossible. She was an encourager and will be missed.
