I have been a big admirer of Nonie and her wit, intelligence, and humor since I first met her 45 years ago. I've also been heartened by the love and devotion that my best friend Larry and his sisters always held for her. One of the biggest honors in my life was when Mrs. Walder invited me to call her "Nonie" while visiting Denver 40 years ago. She was an incredible woman with a long life filled with achievements, and will be missed. My heart goes out to Cindy, Margie, and Diane at this time.

Nonie was a joy to know. Her stories and laughter filled my car. She had a wonderful sense of humor and so much wisdom to share. We were two former teachers gabbing all the way to our destination. She will be missed.

Mrs. Walder was one of my favorite teachers at Dartmouth High School. She knew how to teach us math (Algebra I and II) so we understood it. I had her in freshman and sophomore years and enjoyed her class. I know she live a long wonderful life, but she will missed. RIP Liz (Da Silva) Choquette, Class of 1983.
