It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Leonard Peter Baker, who left us on October 14th, 2025. Born in Waltham, MA, on June 2, 1932, Leonard was a resident of Richmond, New Hampshire. He was a respected member of the community, known for his dedication to his work as a Sign Painter, a career he held until his retirement.
Leonard was a devout member of the Third Order of St. Benedict's, the Knights of Columbus, the American Legion, the Old Timers, Pool League in Keene, and a member of Saint Philomenia Living Rosary. His strong faith was evident in his passion for writing letters to newspapers defending the faith.
Leonard was predeceased by his beloved wife, Theresa Baker, and his parents, Leonard and Mary Baker, and his sister, Karen Baker . He leaves behind his loving children, Kathy Boulette, Michael Peter Baker, Laureen Haynes and her husband Joseph, Lewis Baker, Leonard Baker, Lawrence Baker, and Lee Baker. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren. Leonard's memory will be cherished and kept alive by all who knew him.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 5:00- 7:00 pm at Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon, MA.
His funeral service will take place on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 9:00 am at St. Stanislaus Catholic Parish, 80 Richmond Road, Winchester, NH.
The Burial will follow at 1:00 pm at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon, MA.
Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central St., Winchendon, MA, is assisting the family with arrangements.
