Leonard J. Boutot

PORTAGE LAKE: Leonard J. Boutot 74, died January 10, 2025 at the Aroostook House of Comfort in Presque Isle. He was born May 4, 1950 in Portage Lake to Maxim and Rowena (Boulier) Boutot. Len retired in May 2015 to return to Portage to fish which he loved to do. He was a self-employed as a piping engineer for 30 years. Len is survived by his wife Marion "Sam" Boutot, one step son Fred Salter of Alabama, three brothers; Richard and his wife Louise of Portage, Donnie and his husband Tom Carter of Freeport, Brad and his wife Tammy of Sheridan, two sisters Patty Robichaud of Ashland, and Angie Boutot and her partner Rudy, many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents and two brothers Bryon and Ronnie. A big thank you to Matt Boutot and friends Mark and Betty (Curran) Benson for all your support. To honor Len's wishes there will be no services. A celebration of Life will be held in May 2025. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bowers Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Presque Isle.
