October 3, 2023

I'm Richard Cosby Jr and I took this photo of Frank Mediate, Dick Cosby and Leonard in front of the new fire station and the old La France firetruck - three old firemen who served Sheridan well for many years...now sadly all gone. the firemen were extended family to me . My last memory of Leonard was at my dad's funeral 1991 where all of the firemen came out and he came up to me and said " We love you Ricky" . Leonard was a kind thoughtful man and I understand - quite a singer ! I'm sorry he is gone but he is not forgotten.
