Leoncio is survived by his wife, Laurdes Balaan; and his seven children, Virgie (Rollie) Sagisi, Cirilo (Yolanda-Deceased) Balaan, Danie (Charito) Balaan, Roger (Merlyn) Balaan, Rey Balaan, Remy Balaan and Leon (Christy) Balaan; grandchildren, Rollie Sagisi Jr., Imilia (Shey) Balaan, Anatoshia Balaan, Taira Teves-Balaan, Dylan (Litzy) Balaan, Stephen Balaan, Gina (Marcus) Neuenschwander, Daisy Balaan, Bradley (Wai) Balaan, Britney (Kalei) Balaan, Roger (Sierra) Balaan Jr., Raychelle (AJ) Balaan, Treyton Balaan, RJ Balaan, Keanu Balaan, Lurline Balaan, Shelsey (Brenton) Francisco, Ashley (Dean) Ramelb, Jayel Balaan, Krizelle Balaan, Leon Dean Balaan, Chris Daniel Balaan; great-grandchildren, Evelyn Sagisi, Maykaela Sagisi, Paityn Sagisi, Kaydence (La'akea) Keao, Kylee Kaui, KJ Kaui, Ka'ikena Furgeson, Ileana Furgeson, Kahiau Furgeson, Pualani Balaan-Koerte, Azteca Ramos Valdovinos, Mason Oandasan, Kaiya Oandasan, Alexis Balaan, Khloe Balaan, Hokulei Balaan, Lekia Balaan, Hikianalia Balaan, Kiara Marie Adolfo, Jayvyn Baptiste, Grayson Baptiste, Brennan Francisco, Noah Francisco, Margaret Silliman, and numerous other relatives.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Monday, August 25, 2025 at Immaculate Conception Church. Visitation will begin at 8:00 am with services to follow at 10:00 am. Burial will take place at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
