Bubba was employed by GTE, Head start and later became self-employed doing whatever it was to be done.
Bubba was a people person at heart no one was a stranger to him, some of the things he would always say was "Im Happy", " Whats up Soulja" and "Hey Pretty".
Bubba was preceded in death by his parents Leroy & Willie Lee Buggs; brother George Washington, Jr. ; sister Mary Loyce Buggs-Hart
Precious Memories he leaves a son Leroy Buggs III(Dr. Andria S. Harrell-Buggs); Sisters: Jacqulin Buggs-Harvey and Marilyn Buggs; aunt Melveeen Washington; nieces Melody Powell, Charvetta Mays- Clark, Latonia Buggs and Wendy Washington; Nephews Alvoid Mays,Jr. Derrick Mays, Joe Johnson, Jr and Kevin Washington;a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing freinds
