Dear friends and family, I am writing to inform you that my father, Leroy Franklin, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025.
His preplanned arrangements with Tharp Funeral Home will be followed. Visitation will be held daily from Tuesday, August 26, 2025, to Sunday, August 31, 2025, between 2 to 6 p.m. at the residence, 504 Madewood Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24503.
I appreciate your love, support, and prayers during this difficult time.
