Born on August 30, 1950, Leslie was the beloved daughter of the late Earl and Alverta Forehand and the sister of the late Gladys Harris. She is survived by her loving family: Adam Smaltz and his wife, Debi Smaltz, and their children; Tammy Smaltz and her children; Christopher Smaltz and his wife, Billie Smaltz, and their children; as well as a large extended family of nieces, nephews, and cousins who adored her deeply.
She will be sorely and terribly missed by all who knew her. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no memorial service.
