Leslie Dale Rawson

Leslie Dale Rawson, age 69, of El Dorado Springs, MO, passed away on March 8, 2026. Leslie was born on February 4, 1957, in Lewiston, ID, to Shirley Joyce.

Leslie, along with his brother Steve, was raised by their mother in Prosser, WA. During school, Les and Steve enjoyed being in FFA. He graduated school from Prosser High School in 1976. When he was 19, he was adopted by Howard H Rawson. He worked for ATT&T as a set up guy, loading the trucks with all the necessary things for the installers and Let's Paint as a paint manufacturer. In 1982, the family moved to El Dorado Springs, where he and his brother started working at Fram. When Fram closed, he went to work at Dairy Concepts. He retired from there in 2020.

In 1986, Leslie met Patty Gray at a singles group and fell in love. They got married on July 20, 1988. To this union their daughter, Debbie, was born. They moved to their farm and remained there until his passing. The family attended church in several different churches but ended up at the Community Church of El Dorado Springs.

He enjoyed going on vacations with the family, car races, old country music, and transporting the Mennonites. After a long day, he really enjoyed sitting down and relaxing.

Leslie was preceded in death by his parents, Hank and Shirley Rawson and step siblings: Carol, Gene, and Duke.

He is survived by his wife, Patty Rawson; daughter, Debbie Rawson; brother, Steve (Marilyn) Rawson; stepsister, Hazel; niece and nephew, Ky'Aura and Ky'Aire; and many friends and family.
