Lester Melvin Lieberman, age 84, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 in El Paso, Texas. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, friend and will be dearly missed. Lester is preceded in death by his parents: Gilbert Lieberman and Anne Natalie Gottlieb, his sister: Janet Lieberman Duke, and his first wife Gladys Skorka Lieberman. He is survived by his wife of 19 ½ years: Cherryll Lieberman, his children: Eleazar Reuven Lieberman, Shira Hannah Lieberman, his stepchildren: Andrew Nathan Small, and Brian Geoffrey Small (Noel), his brother: Gary Joel Lieberman (Kathy), and his brother-in-law: Leslie Elliott Bider (Lynn), as well as his grandchildren: Derrick Harvey Small and Evelynn Raquel Small. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2:30pm on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at B’nai Zion Cemetery, 3915 Gateway West.
Services are entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-West, 480 N. Resler Dr.
The nightly ceremony in Washington, D.C. will be dedicated in honor of your loved one on the day of your choosing.
