Leticia Rangel Obituary
She is survived by her husband, Cosme Moreno; her daughter, Brenda Almendarez; her son, Jose Almendarez; and her four sisters and three brothers. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 18, 2025, 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, Houston, Texas. A Rosary will begin at 6:00 pm.
Cremation will take place at a later date.
