Lewis E. Graff, III
August 1, 1940 – April 23, 2024
Lewis E. Graff on April 23, 2024 of Washington Twp. Age 83. Beloved husband of Lenore Graff. Devoted father of Theresa Giacinto (John), Lewis E., IV, John (Brenda) and Michael (Denise). Loving grandfather of Johnny (Toni), Tara (Vinny), Brittany (Drew), Gavin, Lewis E. V, Alexis, Chloe and three great grandchildren.
Lew met the love of his life in 1958 married and had four beautiful children. Lew graduated from Gettysburg College in 1960 with a degree in mechanical engineering. While attending college Lew was on the diving team and golf team. Shortly after graduating college he married Lenore. He started his career with GE Aerospace where he trained monkeys for space travel. Soon thereafter he started a career with Monsanto Chemical where he worked for twenty five years. In 1992 he retired from Monsanto and opened Quality Carpets with his son Michael where he worked until his passing.
Lew's priority in life was always his family and his wife of 63 years. He thoroughly enjoyed golfing with his friends and fishing with his three sons. Lew also enjoyed many beautiful vacations with his children, wife and friends. If you wanted to find Lew on a Saturday night he would be sitting at a blackjack table in Atlantic City where he kept his boat for twenty five years. Lew was a proud father and even prouder grandfather. His family will cherish countless memories they made with him.
Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Friday 9:30 – 11:30 at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp. Funeral Service 11:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers or other acts of sympathy, we would encourage any donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
