Lexa Taber Obituary
Lex was preceded in death by his first wife Debbie and their son Dan. Lex remarried and sadly lost his wife Jackie a few years ago. He was also preceded in death by his parents Truman E, Taber and Arizona (Harper) Taber, brothers Reese Taber and wife Bessie, Carl Taber and wife Mildred and Sister Bonnie (Taber) Stevens.
He is survived by many Nieces, Nephews and friends.
Lex was born in Watts Oklahoma and was a long-time resident of Watts. Lex served in the US Army during the Viet Nam war. Then he started a career as a Semi Truck Driver driving across the country. Lex moved back to Watts to help his elderly parents with their farm. He worked as a cement truck driver during this time and retired from that job but still enjoyed driving the school bus.
Lex enjoyed gardening and his spending time with his family. He had a very special sense of humor.
He was able to remain in his home while battling a terminal illness with the help of his friends and family.
Lex will be missed by many friends and family. He has requested that there be no services.
