Lexton Lambert Obituary
and courageous health battle. He was born on September 10, 1946, to Hayward James Lambert
and Christine Steward Lambert.
He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 58 years, Kathie Cangelosi Lambert; his
three children, Christie Lambert Trumble and her husband Bryson, Jason Lambert and his
wife Courtney, and Jeremy Lambert and his wife Heather; his brothers Dafton Lambert and
Larue Lambert; and his five grandchildren-Madison, Cristian, Mason, Evelyn, and Tyler-
who brought him immense pride and joy.
Lexton built a long and dedicated career in the oil and gas industry before retiring. Outside of
work, he found joy and friendship in the New Orleans dance community. He was a true dance
partner in life with his beloved wife, sharing not only the dance floor but a lifetime of love,
family, and companionship. He also enjoyed working in his garden, which he filled with a
variety of vegetables.
Lex will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to share in
his life.
