Lila Gurung

Our beloved mother Lila Gurung went peacefully to heaven surrounded by her wonderful husband, children and loved ones. She was 55 years old and was born on May 9, 1967, in Samtse, Bhutan to Rahar Man Gurung and Ratna Maya Gurung. She was a wonderful woman with a beautiful soul and a very kind heart to her husband, children, family and loved ones. She came from a vey large family and was one of the 13th children. She is preceded in death by her parents and is survived by beloved husband Ghanashyam Gurung; two sons, Amir and Uzal Gurung; a daughter, Ayesha Gurung; in-laws Nar and Tulasi M Gurung; and all of her siblings in Bhutan.
Funeral services are being held at 1:30 PM on Friday, January 06, 2023, at the Jesse H. Geigle Funeral Home, 2100 Linglestown Rd, Harrisburg, Pa. Earthy committal will begin at 3:00 PM at Shoop's Garden of Rest, 4400 Locust Lane, Harrisburg, PA.
A celebration of Lila's Life and reception will be held at 10am on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at McBIC Church, 1050 S. York St, Mechanicsburg, PA, 17055.
