Lillain F. "Fran" Eavers, age 82, of Xenia, passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek. She was born June 4, 1943, in Hazel Patch, Kentucky the daughter of the late John and Carrie (Hammack) Reed. In the early 1970's Lillian had worked as bartender in the Hemlock Flamingo Bars in Jamestown, in her later years she worked and retired from Weastec, Jamestown Plastics. Lillian is survived by her sister Mary Kuhner of Xenia; brother Estle (Vicki) Reed of Minnesota; step-children, Dennis (Roseanne) Eavers of Xenia, Kevin Evers of Cincinnati, and Chris (Sherri) Eavers of Wisconsin; 21 grandchildren and 29 Great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and the many friends she made along her journey. In addition to her parents, Lillian is preceded in death by her husband Ronald F. Eavers; sisters Mildred Reed, Doris Null, Georgia Kingsolver, Diane Davidson, Barbara Baures, and Tina Broas; brothers Claude Reed, Gordon Reed, Johnny Reed, and Charles Reed; step-daughter Teresa Eavers; step-son Ronald J. Eavers; daughter-in-law Martha Eavers; and granddaughter Carrie Eavers. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at Powers-Kell Funeral Home, Jamestown. Burial will follow in the Valley View Memorial Gardens, Xenia. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. Wednesday until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
