Lillian Gilbert Obituary
Lillian Rose Gilbert, 88, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at her home in Graham.
Lillian was born on November 13, 1937, in Winkler County to the late Pete and Noy Nadine (Jackson) Barnett.
Lillian was a very family-oriented woman who deeply loved her children and cherished every moment spent with them. She was known for her independence, her generous spirit, and her thoughtful nature. Lillian found great joy in giving gifts to her children and close friends, always looking for ways to brighten the lives of those she loved.
She worked for 34 years at InterBank in Graham, where she truly loved her work and the many friendships she formed with her coworkers. Lillian was known for her upbeat personality and her happy outlook on life, qualities that made her a joy to be around and left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.
Lillian will be remembered for her kindness, her devotion to family, her love of animals and the warmth and happiness she brought into the lives of others.
Survivors include: daughters Sherrie Gibson, Karron Gibson, Linda Ford all of Graham, TX, One son Chuck Schlagal of Midland TX. She had 8 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
