WILMINGTON - Lillian Ferrara Koluch, born in Brooklyn NY on March 23,1937 passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Monday January 13,2025 at Lower Cape Fear Lifecare of Wilmington NC. No services will be held at this time.
Lillian moved to Sayville, NY in 1957, where she raised her 5 children. Lillian went back to school and received her college degree from Suffolk Community College in Social work. Lillian was employed by the Department of Social Services for many years. She moved to Hampstead, NC in 2000.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Lillian Ferrara; brother, Andrew Ferrara and grandson, her Angel Carl.
Lillian is survived by her husband, Richard Koluch; children, Pamela Fuschetto (Salvatore) of Brooklyn, NY, Victoria DeMarco (John) of DeBary, FL, Thomas Davies ( Melissa) of Sayville, NY, Cynthia Dolce (Steve) of Bayport, NY, and John Davies of Ronkonkama, NY; Step-children, Brian Koluch (Kimberly) of Jacksonville, NC, and Elaine Scott (Michael) of Long Island, NY; grandchildren, Krystal (Grant), Lisa, Salvatore (Carla) Steven, James, and Matthew (Pamela); great-grandchildren, Concetta, Liliana, Stephen, and Jacqueline; sister-in-law, Kathleen Ferrara; niece and nephew, Janene and Joseph Ferrara; and many more family members.
