Lillian Mae Oliver, Seminole, OK resident passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025 in Seminole at the age of 97. Lillian was born on June 26, 1927 in Wister, OK to John Alvis and Alice Sible (Lowery) Box. She married Early Edward “Bud” Oliver on March 28, 1946 in Mena, Arkansas.

Lillian was a fantastic quilter and crocheted everything. She was a skilled cook and gardener and loved working in her flower beds. Lillian was a sweet spirit and was loved by all who knew her. She never had a bad word to say about anyone. She was dearly loved by her family and her family all knew they were dearly loved by her.

Lillian is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Edward and Jackie Oliver of Oklahoma City; daughter, Carolyn Sellers of Seminole; brother, Robert Lee Box; twelve grandchildren; numerous great and great great grandchildren and many other family and friends.

Lillian was preceded in death by her parents; eight siblings; husband, Bud Oliver; daughters, Anita Christian and Margaret Tolley; grandsons, Steven Carpenter and Jody Allen.

Viewing will be Tuesday, May 27, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, OK. Interment will follow at Little Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK.
