We met Lillian in 2015 after buying our first home and becoming her neighbors, but we quickly gained much more than a neighbor. Lillian and Jim both became our dear friends. They both welcomed us with such warmth and kindness from the beginning.

We will always treasure the conversations we shared. Some of my favorite memories are simply catching glimpses of her and Jim live a peaceful and beautiful life together: sitting outside on a leisurely warm afternoon, enjoying each other´s company. The love and care they had for each other was beautiful to witness.

It was apparent from every conversation we shared that her greatest pride and joy were her sons, grandchildren, and beloved great-grandchildren. The love she had for her family was evident in every story she shared. Lillian was a dear friend. We will carry her memory with us always.

Lillian and her husband were the very first to welcome us after we moved in next door to them years ago. She was so kind and warm. I often went over to her house to visit with her or bring her baked goods because she made us yummy treats as well. She always talked to me about her children and grandkids and great grandkids with such love and pride. And she loved talking to me about the history of our homes and the neighborhood we live in from back whe they first moved here. I loved listening to her stories and loved it even more when I took my 1st Little baby over to meet her for the 1st time. Lillian adored her and always wanted to hold her. I have come to think of Lillian as a grandmother to me and my family and I'm so so very sad she's gone. Lillian I will miss you so badly but I know you are safe and eternally loved by all who knew you. May peace be with you and my deepest condolences to your husband and family.
