Linda M. Blickhahn, 86, of Porterfield passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at home. She was born December 7, 1938, in Marinette to the late Francis and Isabelle (Philipps) Vista. Linda graduated from Wausaukee High School in 1957. On June 20, 1964, Linda married Wayne Blickhahn at St Joseph Catholic Church in Walsh. She worked as the Secretary for the Marinette County 4H for 7 years and then at home raising her three children. Linda enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening and playing cards.
Linda is survived by her husband of sixty years, Wayne; a son, Mark of Green Bay; two daughters, Denne (Dennis) Eggener of DePere and Bonnie (Scott) Ballenger of Greenville, WI; a brother, Roger (Lois) Vista of Porterfield; and four grandchildren: Kristina (significant other, Jake) Eggener, Ryan Ballenger, Kayla (Taylor) Seegert and Brittney (Reid) Stephan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Doris.
Visitation will be held at SS. Joseph & Edward Parish on Friday August 8th from 9am to 11am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am with Reverend Michael Lightner officiating. Burial will be in St Joseph Cemetery in Walsh. Thielen Funeral Home is assisting the family.
