Linda Faye Cook age 70 of Munfordville passed away Wednesday night, December 28th at Signature Health Care of Hart County. She was a caregiver for her husband Brad for several years.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded by her father Fred Johnson and grandparents Sam & Mary Houchens and Dewey & Lucy Johnson, sister-in-law Kaye Johnson and a niece Jennifer Lee Threet.
Faye is survived by her mother Elizabeth Pearl Johnson; a step-daughter Heather Williamson(Joey); a step-son Patrick Cook(Crissy); brothers & sisters Freddie Johnson, Teddy Johnson(Pam), Eddy Johnson, Martha Cummings(Douglas), Mary Lesa Buckley(Tim) and Elizabeth Ann Woodard; five step-grandchildren Kasey, Hayli, Meagan, Addy and Mia.
The funeral service for Linda Faye Cook will be held at 1pm Friday, December 29th in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Bro. Lee Williamson officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Beulah Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9am-1pm Friday at the Sego Funeral Home. The family asks that memorial donations be given to Sego Funeral Home to assist them with the funeral expenses.
