Linda Karen Doner, born on March 9, 1948, in Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2025, at the age of 77. She was a devoted wife of 55 years, a loving mother, and a cherished "Mamaw," leaving behind an enduring legacy of love, faith, and dedication to her family.
Throughout her life, Linda exuded kindness and love that touched all who knew her. A dreamer at heart, she envisioned a world filled with warmth and affection, qualities that she imparted to her loved ones. Her generous spirit and unwavering support made her a pillar for her family, who will forever hold dear the memories of her nurturing presence.
Linda is survived by her beloved husband, Gary Doner, who remained by her side through every season of life. She is also survived by her three children: John Barone, Denise Doyle, and Carrie (Tom) Buckley, whom she raised with love and devotion.
Her grandchildren: Tyler, Kelsey (Collin), Trent (Taylor), Alyssa, Ryan, Logan, Jaxon, and Isabella were among her greatest treasures. Known lovingly to them as "Mamaw," Linda filled their lives with warmth, encouragement, and unconditional love, leaving memories that will guide and comfort them always. Linda was also a great-grandmother to five great-grandchildren: Elliana, Louden, Colt, Brooks, and Miles who all brought immense joy to her.
Linda was predeceased by her parents, William and Mable Evans, and her brothers, Charles and Roy Evans.
Her absence will be felt deeply by her family, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she loved and who loved her in return. Linda Doner will be remembered not just for the life she lived but for the incredible love she shared with those around her.
Visitation will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home, Cincinnati Columbus Rd, West Chester Township, OH, 45069 on Friday, December 5, 2025 from 12:00 PM until Funeral services at 1:00 PM. Procession to Rest Haven will follow.
