Linda Hacker, 78, of Rockbridge, passed away on August 13, 2025. She was born to the late Vernon Paul and Geraldine Fritz in Lancaster, OH on May 3, 1947.
Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Dan Hacker; children; Judy (Terry) Miller and Jim (Laura) Hacker; grandchildren, Justin (Erica), Cameron (Taylor), Quentin, Tomika, Mirinda, Frankie (Natalie), and Tabatha (James); great grandchildren, Gracie, Greg, Noah, Aiden, Arianna, Emma, Elaina, Levi, Liam, and Ensliegh; and brothers-in-law, Doug (Angela) and Rick (Betty).
She was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Laura Hacker; siblings, Roberta and Jimmy; and parents.
A funeral service officiated by pastor Bob Roley will take place on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at 3 PM in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N Columbus St., Lancaster, OH 43130. Family and friends may visit from 1 PM until the time of the service on Sunday. Following the service guests are welcome to Terry and Judy’s house on 180 for a meal.
