Linda Brunson Hart, 72, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, wife of the late John C. Barry Hart, Sr., entered into eternal rest Saturday, August 30, 2025. Her Funeral Service will be held Thursday, September 4, 2025 in the Stono Baptist Church, 953 Main Road at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow in the Johns Island Presbyterian Churchyard. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 3, 2025, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel.
Linda was born October 3, 1952 in Kingstree, South Carolina, daughter of the late David Oscar Brunson and the late Sara Hariot Brunson.
She is survived by her son, John C.B. Hart, Jr.; sister, Jean Ackerman; sister-in-law, Muriel Hart Jennings; brother-in-law, Michael Jennings; nieces, Casie Jennings, Amie Hart, Sherry Seiber, Susan Mytko; nephews Troy Jennings, James Ackerman, Mark Ackerman, Davey Brunson, Micah Brunson; adopted daughter, Gabe Ford; son-in-law, Alex Ford; grandchildren, Justin Ford, Ashlie Ford, Eli Ford, Gracelyn Ford, Kaylee Ford.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, David William Brunson.
