Linda Faye Herndon passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at her home in Mount Pleasant, Tennessee at the age of 77. She was born on May 6, 1948, in Osceola, Arkansas to J.B. and Ruth Day Morris. She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Fredrick “Tommy” Herndon, her parents J.B and Ruth Morris and one sister Peggy MCluggage. Linda is survived by one son Brian Herndon of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee, one daughter Jenny Leann Davis (Eric) of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee, one stepson Sam Moore (Rhonda) of Manila, Arkansas, two sisters Kathy White of Bassett, Arkansas and Virginia Story of Blue Mountain, Mississippi, ten grandchildren, one great grandchild and host of other family and friends. Visitation will be held Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 9:00a.m. until service time at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, Arkansas. Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 10:00a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, Arkansas, with Brother Robert Day, officiating. Interment will follow at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens in Osceola, Arkansas. Arrangements are under the care of Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, Arkansas.
